Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern the provision of tree net and rope structure installation services by Deano's Tree Nets.
Quotes
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional work is discovered, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
- All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Work & Access
- The client is responsible for ensuring we have safe and clear access to the work area.
- Any items of value should be removed from the work area before we arrive.
- We will take reasonable care to protect your property during works.
Payment
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
- For larger jobs, we may request a deposit before commencement of work.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge.
Insurance
Deano's Tree Nets carries comprehensive public liability insurance and employers liability insurance. Copies of our certificates are available upon request.
Liability
While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for damage to trees, structures, or surroundings not made known to us prior to work commencing.
